By accessing or using the XLTips platform, courses, live workshops, or business services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Course Access & Intellectual Property
Course materials, videos, financial models, workbooks, and templates provided by XLTips are proprietary and licensed for individual learner or contracted corporate use only. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or public resale is strictly prohibited.
3. Certificates of Completion
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of stated course requirements. Verification is provided digitally via credential identifier lookup.
4. Commercial Engagements & Invoicing
All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Commercial proposals and custom business solutions are governed by mutually agreed scope definitions.
